SOFTWARE UPDATE: In the bottom field instead of the ID presented in the video above, simply paste entire short URL.
NOTE: This is a little-known tool, just for the chosen ones, so some antivirus software may recognize it as a threat. If your antivirus detects it as a potential virus, simply ignore it – it’s 100% safe.
You just need to add it as an exception/exclusion in your antivirus and you’re good to go. Every antivirus has this feature, so you just need to search for it on Google or YouTube, or contact your antivirus provider.
The same when it comes to Windows Defender, during the installation and the first run.
Once it’s complete, this software is very easy and fast to use, so it’s worth spending an additional couple of minutes for the first run and setup.
McAfee example:
NOTE 2: To run the software for the first time when it’s installed, in some cases you need to double-click on the software icon even 4-5 times fi it’s not launching right away, like shown on the video above.
Good news: usually it’s only for the first time you run the software.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If you submit your map and you get an error message saying “Google Maps Platform rejected your request. Invalid request. Invalid ‘pb’ parameter.” then just take the URL you are supposed to submit, use some URL shortener service, e.g. free https://t.ly/, get the shortened version, and submit it to the Map Embedator.
The issue is caused by some characters located in the G-map URL and you get rid of it just by shortening the link you are supposed to submit to the tool.
In case that issue persists, please check another length of the iFrame, because there are three of them to use, that you can choose from the dropdown menu as shown on the screenshot below:
If the software is not launching:
When you run the for the first time please give it around 3 minutes to launch. If it’s not running please double-click on the icon again and wait. If it’s still not running, please follow the steps listed below:
1. If you use Windows Defender, then in the Windows search bar in the bottom left corner of the screen please type Virus. You will see Virus & Threat Protection – please open it.
In the middle of it you will see Manage Settings – click on it.
At the top, you will see Real-time Protection – toggle it off (temporary – we’ll come back here after everything).
Minimize this window – we’ll need that in a moment. [If you use a 3rd party anti-virus software, you need to do respective steps within it.]

Unzip it, and copy (ctrl+c) the Ubot Studio folder.
In the Windows search bar in the bottom left corner of the screen please type %appdata% – you will see the option Open Folder – open it, please.
You should be in the Roaming folder. Find the Ubot Studio folder there and delete it. Once it’s deleted paste (ctrl+v) the folder you unzipped before a moment.

Chrome will tell you it’s a dangerous file. So go to your downloads here: chrome://downloads/
Click on the Keep Dangerous File, you will see the pop-up, and click on Keep Anyway.
Unzip it, so you have an .exe/installation file.
Go to the Virus & Threat Protection window you have minimized, and scroll down a bit to the Exclusions section.
Click on Add/Remove Exclusion, click + Exclusion > File, and locate & choose the .exe file you just downloaded.
Minimize the Virus & Threat protection window.
Go to your .exe file you just downloaded and install it.
Now please check if you can run the Map Embedator.
If not, please go to the Virus & Threat Protection window you have minimized, add Exclusion > File > C:\Program Files (x86)\Local Business SEO And G-Map Embed Syndication Software
and add the software .exe (Local Business SEO And G-Map Embed Syndication Software.exe) file as an exclusion.
Then whitelist it also in the Firewall as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rjuuZOzC6go
Now your GMB Mpa Embedator should be running. Double-click on it, wait for it to load around a minute, and then double-click on it again just in case.
